Having said that, we are looking to hire an experienced construction project manager to join our growing team. Some responsibilities include: - Direct and oversee construction projects in coordination with the back office from conception to completion - Proactively working with the construction team to ensure the contractual obligations are fulfilled - Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates and deliverables - Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget - Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the client's requirements - Work under deadlines and in a fast paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process Job Skills & Qualifications Preferred: - Ground up multi- family development experience - Minimum 3 years project management experience - Superior management and delegation capabilities - excellent resourcefulness and time management skills - Ability to lead a team - Strong work ethic and honesty - Team player - Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills
