We are looking for high school / college students or anyone who is looking for extra work this summer to help at our food concession booth. On top of an hourly wage, the last two years our customer base has been very generous with tips that we pass onto our employees. Duties will include but not limited to: -Set up, tear down, and cleaning of all equipment to run the booth. (Booth tent, tables, large grills, fryers, and everything included in operation of the booth). -Some heavy lifting required. Ideal candidate able to lift 50-75lbs. -Food prep and operation of flat grills and corn dog/ French fry fryers. -Cleaning and helping maintain safe and sanitary work environment. The majority of our events are roughly within 15 miles of the Salem area. (See schedule below) Fat Schlags is a family run (father/daughter) business and we work very hard but have a lot of fun while doing it. We are looking for motivated employees with a positive attitude. Great position for kids home on summer break looking for work.
