Executive Services is a family-owned Printing & Mailing business located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. We strive to exceed customer expectations in a fast paced and exciting environment. We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to carry out various tasks. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production equipment, finishing products, assisting with bindery functions, and reporting any issues with equipment directly to their supervisors. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position during our business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Wage starts at $20/hour. Some benefits offered include paid vacation time, seven days of holiday pay, 401(k) with 4% match, profit sharing, and 50% company health insurance premium coverage. Essential Functions • Operates, sets up, and adjusts bindery and mailing equipment. • Maintains machines in good working order by cleaning and servicing; performs minor repairs when necessary; troubleshoots; keeps work and storage areas orderly. • Read job orders to determine instructions and specifications for job. • Assists with all bindery functions related to workflow as needed (Cut, fold, stich, drill, insert, seal, meter, sort mail) • Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping. • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. • Process and handle mailings in accordance with governmental/postal regulations and ensures proper sorting, metering, labeling, and delivery of mail. • Unload/load materials or equipment Traits for a Successful Candidate Include: • Assess need and start work independently • Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs • Mechanically inclined • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time • Attention to detail • Valid drivers license Please send your resume to apply today!
