We are a Home Staging and Interior Design firm based in San Francisco. We are looking for an Installation Coordinator that will assist with moving in and out of our properties, maintaining plants at our properties and any miscellaneous errands. Qualifications Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle. Strong organization skills and attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong written and verbal communications. Self-motivated and must have initiative to complete tasks with little or no direction. Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office. Proven ability to manage multi-tasks simultaneously. Ability to lift 25+ lbs. 1-2 years of design background would be a plus, but not required. Mandarin speaking would be a plus, but not required. Job Duties (to include but not limited to) Facilitate removing our Staging from a property. Fulfill plant orders from Designers. Assist Designers with moving into a property. Maintaining plants at our properties on a weekly basis with a written report. Minimal warehouse work. Running miscellaneous errands. Monday - Friday (6-8 hours a day) 30-40 hours a week Sick Time Paid Time Off
