Need help with a moving job Friday June 17th

Hi there I’m a driver coming into town and I need help doing a small pick up job this Friday morning June 17th. The job consist of loading up boxes and furniture onto my box truck stacking it correctly to maximize the space. I need runners stackers wrappers loaders etc. I need guys that know how to wrap and pad furniture with moving pads and shrink wrap bubble wrap cardboard crate glass tops shrink wrap large dressers couches etc. I need guys that can come in bring their own tools and disassemble bed frames large tables etc. Then we load nothing gets loaded until it gets noted on inventory sheets. Once everything is out of the house loaded onto the truck and strapped I can get everyone’s information and the moving company will pay you. You must have Zelle cash app Venmo etc as I don’t carry cash I’m just the driver. If for some reason during the job you come to me and you have to leave early that’s fine but you won’t get the minimum you will get payed the hours you worked at $20 per hour. If I see guys come in and don’t even know how to wrap a chair expect to get paid 15$ per hour. It is a $160 minimum per guy for 8 hrs. If you guys are good and get it done in less than that that’s better for you to get paid the minimum. So please no slackers guys standing around don’t know what to do next. I need guys that aren’t afraid to ask questions I need guys that work great around each other help each other out people that don’t run away from the big pieces etc no scrubs please. The minimum will get paid once everything is loaded up strapped and the doors shut. In order to be considered for the job please text me your name age and experience. Big plus if you tell me you can do everything I’ve told you plus do pianos bring a dolly tools etc I look for those kind of guys as I try to put the best team together to get everyone in and out of there. So I need nothing but leaders guys that know what they’re doing without me the driver being there micro managing everyone. Guys that can be there on time and not leave the rest of the team hanging. For guys that are late you will get the an hour deducted for every hour you’re late as why would we pay you the same as everyone else and why would the moving company pay the guys that did show up on time more just cause you’re late so please be on time. No druggies thief’s I swear if I see you stealing I’ll send you home and if customer wants to get policed involved don’t expect me to have your back there.
