She is in control and like all the leaders before her it is what the Party in control will do for whatever they think will further their agenda. SO what do you think would happen if a Justice was suddenly unable to perform their duty. That dumb fuck in the WH will be able to pick a new candidate. SO why would Nancy want to pass a bill that would protect them. There are hundreds of bill on her desk and she is the reason Gun bills are not being debated or voted on.
