Versatile bass player seeking a jam environment or even a band if it clicks. Mostly looking to find a drummer who I really connect with. I’ve got lots of basses and guitars in a variety of tunings, powerful amps, lots of pedals. I am most comfortable playing hard/alt rock/metal but can fit in with a variety of genres so don’t hesitate to ask. My big three personal influences are Justin Chancellor (Tool), Juan Alderete (The Mars Volta- era), and Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath). Other bass influences include Mike Inez, Rex Brown, Alex Webster, David Ellefson, Nick Oliveri, Michael Shuman, Colin Greenwood, Jaco Pastorius, and, of course, Flea. I like to switch between experimenting with unconventional techniques and locking into a heavy groove. I love writing parts to compliment pre-existing material. I’ve got a weird schedule but hit me up if you’re a talented musician looking to collaborate! I cannot host but have transportation.
