Property management company seeking a handyman for apartment building maintenance based in Druid Hill area of Baltimore. The maintenance technician/handyman will report to the working supervisor on-site. Description: - Apartment unit turnovers with painting, flooring, drywall, general carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, general maintenance as needed. - Interior and exterior maintenance including concrete skimming when necessary, door/window repair, and other duties as requested. **Starting pay: $16/hr. + performance bonus. **Pay increase available with proven productivity up to $20/hr.
