Seeking the Nomad life without the madness. I would like to pay a monthly rent to owner occupied person owning land to place my small mobile camper and reside. I have solar paneling. I have been doing this for 6 yrs now and love it, however I am looking to do this closer to relative now. I have good credit and can pass any backround check. I have references, I am semi- retired with small pension and always work somewhere..mainly work part time only. I also have a small car. I do not need any electric or water from you. If drugs and rock & roll is your thing, not interested but hey..party on. I have no pets. I am quiet easy going guy who likes to live his life doing his own thing..fishing casino biking sitting around small campfires on nice nights beaches etc etc. You most likely would not have me at your door bugging you for anything other than to pay the rent. I am learning how to survive on my income and save at the same time and so far its been heaven. If you could use a few hundred extra bucks a month for a spot on your land contact me. Not interested in any personal relationships what so ever !!! strictly renting a spot. Willing to go up to $350.00 per month. The bigger your land the better. YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW CLEAN AND WELL I DO THIS !
