We are growing at a fast rate while expanding multiple divisions ———-NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY ———— SITE SURVEYOR —— $18-$20 hourly You will be responsible for going to clients homes and measuring there roofs based on designs provided. You will need to be comfortable with heights, pick up 60 lb ladders alone. Take clear visible pictures of electrical panels and roofing attic structures. You will be trained to determine if the roof needs to be replace or if the main service panel needs an upgrade. Travel is from Suffolk and the five boroughs company vehicle is proved.Fill out engineering forms and report to Permit specialist. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ——$17-$22 hourly Someone in this roll will be dealing directly with the CFO and head of finance. They will be responsible for data entry and reaching out to customers while working alongside the operations team. Daily reports and accounts payable and receivable generated on excel and QuickBooks. Overseeing hours throughout the company and managing finance portals. PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS SPECIALIST——$17-$20 hourly Submitting town permits Filing for interconnection with utility company Submitting engineering forms to engineers Scheduling site surveys Communicating with EPC channel partners Engaging in weekly team meetings and conferences. Data entry on excel, sunbase data. Overseeing site surveyor and supply chain management. Inspection dispatching with outside inspection agencies. Submit close out paperwork for Utility and townships. Closely work with finance and warehouse teams along with scheduling installations with homeowners, channel partners, and install teams. SOLAR SALES AMBASSADORS $17-$19 Hrly plus BIG commissions Sales ambassadors will report every day at the office for team meetings. Training is two weeks paid. You will be educated on the latest solar advancements and be able to design and propose a solar system in home and virtually. The commissions are huge. Our head of sales made over $300k his first with SHES. If you can generate a solar appointment from scratch and close it your worth over 1 million dollars. We will train you day in and day out how easy it is to save homeowners money every month by eliminating there utility bill and have the government pay for half of the cost… sounds easy doesn’t it!!!!! SOLAR INSTALLER—— $18-$28 hourly You are the backbone of the company. You will report to the office each morning at 6am you will be trained how to do layouts on the roof and master every racking system and solar system available. You will be able to carry 60lbs up ladders and must be comfortable with Heights. You will understand the theory behind solar grid tied electric. Your value will grow fast while being here at SHES. Most people start at $18 and move there way up within 2 years some even 6 months. We evaluate each employee and offer raises and give our quarterly bonus to those who prove themselves.
