MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANT JOB DESCRIPTION MAJOR FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB INCLUDE: Coordinate, management requests and Service Request for occupied, and potentially unoccupied units a) Should have knowledge in basic residential plumbing such as removing and resetting toilets, faucet, ability to repair P traps, knowledge of working with PVC, and pex. b) Should have experience in basic residential electrical such as ability to replace ceiling fans, lights switches and outlets. c) Should have knowledge of basic carpentry such as drywall repair, trim, adjusting and repairing doors, Windows, flooring repair, cabinet drawers and doors etc. d) Should be able to work well with others and be able to learn and take direction from others. e) Should have great communication skills and must be able to return phone calls messages and emails promptly and timely.
