Columbia Window Film & Graphics offers a variety of 3M window tinting, security films, decorative films, and large format graphics for commercial and residential properties in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. As the nation’s longest-serving 3M Window Film Dealer we have a breadth of industry knowledge and can provide thorough training in products and installation. Job Summary: As an Installation Technician at Columbia Window Film & Graphics, you will be responsible for completing various window film installations for both commercial and residential clients. As a Window Film Technician, you’ll work both independently and as a team to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely matter. Responsibilities: • Installing solar, safety and decorative window film as assigned • Preparing/cutting film for upcoming projects • Provide high quality customer service to maintain our good standing in the community • Consistently organize and keep up with inventory while maintaining a clean workspace • Become proficient in understanding different window film technologies and their applications Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Valid driver license • A proven track record of superior workmanship • Able to communicate with peers and customers and provide excellent customer service • Self-motivated and can work on your own and complete projects in a timely manner • A strong sense of accountability and an equally strong sense of teamwork • Flexibility and problem solving are paramount for this position. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an extended period of time • Working knowledge of hand and power tools • Comfortable working on ladders and mechanical lifts • Scheduled availabilty to work Monday through Friday 7am-3pm with occassional overtime opportunites Why work for us: • Competitive hourly salary - $22/hr+ • Medical insurance • 401K • Paid holidays & Paid Time Off • Annual Performance Review • Opportunity to grow with the business
