Wow. Just wow. You are not even tethered to reality, are you. Biden did not shut down production of oil. Keystone XL never moved one drop of oil. The Keystone pipeline is moving oil just is it has been for years. Alaska has not lost one ounce of oil production. Not one ounce. We are in a capitalist society. Big oil is not obligated to sell oil cheaply to the US citizenry. They will sell it to the highest bidder. Isn't that what the right is always whining about? Get government out of the marketplace? Prices go up because demand goes up. Now you want the government to step in and make the big bad oil monsters to make their oil cheap?
