Looking to rehome two drakes

Someone is keeping two ducks in a small dog cage on the driveway behind a tenement. I spoke with the landlord and he asked me if I wanted them. I can't take them. They're pet ducks, not wild. Can anyone take them in? They're cute and healthy. They deserve a good life. Also, if anyone has suggestions where they might go that'd be great. Thank you.
