We are looking for someone to do the landscaping for our Commercial and Apartment properties in the Madison and Janesville WI area. Transport vehicle will be provided. Main office and meet up location is in Waunakee, WI. You will be mainly responsible for Landscaping, and occasionally assist our maintenance team with basic fixes. Duties Include but are not limited to: General Maintenance Support Workorders Team lead in schedules Lawn care Painting Cleaning during unit flip The ideal candidate will have some landscaping experience, be reliable, and have good communication with team members. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Detailed Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Mowing grass and other landscaping duties at our properties in west side Madison, Cross Plains, and Sun Prairie. Perform minor fixes to units upon a move out. Like: change light bulbs, painting, cleaning. Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for any issues seen on the properties. Use personal phone to Clock in and Clock out of work using Clockshark. Use personal phone to mark inventory items out for items used, using app: UpKeep. Skills Experience/ability to use hand and electrical tools Able to use a personal cell phone and apps (Microsoft teams) Ability to read technical manuals and drawings on occasion Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity
