Plywood cutting needed

Hello I Have a 4 by 4 piece of plywood that I need cut. I need 2 pieces from this 4 x 4. 1. The dimensions of the 1st piece is: L45.8in x W20.5in. 2. The dimensions of the 2nd piece is 18.5in x 16in Also for the second piece I need the 18.5in side cutt at a 88.5 degree angle so when the piece is mounted to the wall it has a 1.5 degree slope.
