Please help me with my boat - Motor

I hired a guy to replace my boat motor back in August last year - he had health issues, so I waited until he was healthy. Now he is healthy and promised to be back over the weekend to finish - you guessed it - did not show. I need to get the new motor together and place it in the boat. I have lifts and perhaps all the parts. Just need someone reliable to do as they say they will. I always pay in cash and on time. I expect reciprocal service. If you want to help, have experience and willing to be a person of your word, then let's make this happen. Bonus if you can get to it this week!
