We are a small but busy boat shop on the South end of Lake Washington, looking for a motivated person with strong listening skills and the desire to learn. This position will be filled with various tasks ranging from boat delivery and retrieval by land and water, to service writing, scheduling, and customer service. We will gladly train the right individual! Be eager to learn how to operate a forklift, haul and launch boats, operate and dock boats up to 40 ft, schedule customers, order parts and materials for jobs, winterize boats and some basic engine maintenance, detailing, and more. The right candidate will be considered for either full time or part time employment as they prefer. And we are flexible on scheduling. This new opening is intended to mold the right person for a well-rounded crew member who shows promise of moving up in the company to a possible leadership role.
