Now Hiring Full time Housekeeping Staff ( hourly + benefits) (Oshkosh, WI) OVERVIEW: Real estate management company seeking high energy individuals with a great work ethic to fill our full time housekeeping staff position. Housekeeping staff follow a regular work schedule to ensure the quality look and feel of the property by maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive environment for employees and residents. If you're the type of person that can't walk past something that is dirty or out of place without picking it up, and take pride in your work... we WANT to hear from you! Job involves routine and detail cleaning of apartment building, including some interior and exterior areas. Readying of vacant apartments to like new condition for new tenants. General duties include mopping/scrubbing, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, picking up/removing waste/ trash. Proper handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies. COMPENSATION: This position includes a competitive hourly wage ($16-19), health and dental, vacation pay, holiday pay & more.
