The Main Deck is a newly renovated restaurant looking for kitchen staff. We have a range of shifts available from early weekend brunch shifts, lunch service, afternoon prep, and evening shifts on the line. The Main Deck will focus on local ingredients and farms paying homage to the origins of the lakes, it’s people, and hopefully it’s future.
The Main Deck is a multitiered restaurant and bar concept. We offer quick easy fair for Penn Yann’s Town Park like burgers, dogs, and smoked meats in conjunction with the main dining room. In addition to the casual fine dining room overlooking the water the Tunnel Bar concept brings a darker edgy feel with live music.
The chefs are committed to simple, fresh, plates that don’t come in a package. We are a made from scratch kitchen and will be using a number of fermentation techniques, smokers, and even dabble in vegan fare. Pay starts at 18/hr and scales up for dish, prep, and cooks.
