Hey! Major longshot here, might not be the right group for this. My dad Troy is looking to find his birth parents. From what he knows his name's always been Troy (again, not sure) his mom was 15 when she had him and dad was going off to college. He was born January 25, 1970 in north Platte Nebraska at 2:58 am. He was put up for adoption through Nebraska children's home and he's having a hard time getting the info through them for whatever reason. Thank you!
