We are looking to hire professional & reliable sub-contractors to handle exterior / interior painting projects and wood rot replacement. Our business is expanding so we are looking for responsible, careful and experienced painting contractors to help care for our clients as we continue to grow while maintaining our trusted reputation. Who are we looking for? Responsible Contractors who have: 1) Equipment & Tools – everything for interior & exterior painting / wood rot replacement etc. 2) Transportation – Non-Branded vans / trucks 3) Workman’s Compensation (this is not a must but great if you already have) 4) General Liability Insurance (must have with minimum $1,000,000 coverage) 5) Fill out W9 - We pay out as 1099 upon job completion 6) Pay is by the job with a work order and photos ***Please do not respond to advertisement unless these Minimum requirements are met*** • We will reply back as soon as possible to talk and possibly set up for an interview. • Please prepare to show current work, references, and insurances if we schedule you for an interview. • We are looking to establish a long-term working relationship with sub-contractors to thrive business growth and customer satisfaction. • We need people who are well rounded with abilities such as: customer focused, quality minded, skilled workmanship, effective communication, efficient, presentable and reliable.
