Painter Needed

I need 1 painter next week ( 6-22-2022) to paint approx 750 sqft apartment. Approx 2 bed rooms, 1 hallway, 1 living room+ kitchen. I will provide all paint and materials. Please bring a paint pole that extends. You will be on a 16ft ladder to paint some areas. You must speak English. You must be on time and professional. I am paying $400 cash for this job. You must finish in 1 day, if you can’t you must plan to return the following day but I will not pay any extra as I will already be paying the helper as well. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETED AND WE DO A WALKTHROUGH. If there are any areas that are not done to satisfaction it MUST be completed before payment.
