Position Description Loading and unloading of Mutual Materials products, within the plant, yard, and warehouse, in a safe and efficient manner. Maintaining inventory and shipping documentation. Keeping the yard/ warehouse orderly and clean. All members work collaboratively and as part of the plant team – other tasks and responsibilities within the plant may be assigned as needed. On the job training will be provided by experienced/ incumbent Mutual Materials employee(s). Qualifications Similar work experience and/or related experience in the building materials industry is highly preferred.  The qualified candidate must have excellent interpersonal written/verbal communication skills Physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis Previous forklift certification and/or forklift experience. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a fast-paced manufacturing team Previous experience with masonry products, stone and/or construction practices a plus.
