Position Description:
The Production Coordinators mission is to coordinate the on-time and on-budget completion of projects. The Production Coordinator is responsible for keeping constant communication with Project Managers, Quality Control Manager, Crews, Vendors, and Homeowners. Keeping the production calendar up to date is a crucial part of this position to ensure crews are being utilized properly and project timelines stay on track.
Position Responsibilities:
• Pull permits and schedule inspections.
• Keep ‘Production Board’ up to date.
• Remain highly organized and professional when dealing with customers, crews, and Project Managers.
• Coordinate crews, project timelines, and materials for projects.
• Create Gant charts.
• Complete work orders.
• Resolve problem repair/punch list issues.
• Work closely with homeowner throughout project as well as contacting them end of each trade to ensure satisfaction prior to moving forward with additional trades.
• Coordinate materials/delivery with Project Mangers.
• Recruit and manage subcontractors (verify references, insurance, and workers comp).
• Work closely with Quality Control manager.
• Schedule and build material delivery, dumpster delivery, and crew for project start date.
