Compensation Rate $22/hour 8am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, some overtime may be required. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays and 401K plan. BCT is hiring for a shipping and warehouse associate in our Denver location. BCT is a wholesale trade printing company that services the Rocky Mountain Region as well as most states in the Southwest. We operate production facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Denver, Colorado. Our greatest asset is our team of 58 staff members who produce over 150,000 orders annually. Position Summary: This is a multifaceted position that entails shipping, receiving and some warehouse work. Candidates must be reliable and able to work as part of a team. We use both the FedEx and UPS Shipping software platforms so experience with those programs is preferred but not required. We are open to train the right candidate. The warehouse portion involves multiple responsibilities including receiving truck shipments, inventory processing, and general warehouse tasks. Shipping Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ability to process and ship approximately 50-100 packages daily via FedEx and UPS • Accurately match invoices and packing lists to product for shipping • Package Product for shipment in a quality efficient manner • Work with billing staff to ensure accurate and timely shipments Warehouse Responsibilities: • Stock receiving & distribution • Operate Forklift, Pallet Jack’s, and other Dock Equipment Position requirements: • Must be thorough and ability to focus on details • Ability to navigate computer software and adequate keyboarding skills. • Must be able to lift boxes up to 55 lbs. • High School Diploma or GED We are also looking for quality candidates for our Customer Service, Prepress, Bindery and Pressroom Departments.
