Tractor Central is currently looking to fill a full time Equipment Detailer/Wash Bay position at our Chippewa Falls location so we can continue to offer great customer service. This is a fun and rewarding position that offers a variety of responsibilities. Job Requirements: - Enjoy a fast-paced, team work environment - Exceptional communication skills - Timely, responsible, and organized - Previous detailing/wash bay experience is a plus but not required - Must be 18 years of age or older - Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Job Responsibilities: - Prepare agricultural and turf equipment for retail sale and reconditioning - Wash equipment exteriors with different cleaning solutions, brushes, towels - Vacuum interiors to remove debris from seats and carpet - Clean seats and upholstery with the proper products - Apply conditioners to vinyl, plastic, and other surfaces on the interior and exterior of equipment - Maintain equipment used in the detailing department - Move both agricultural and turf equipment to and from the wash bay area Compensation: - Generous compensation package with a guaranteed hourly wage - 401k retirement plan with company match - Health, Dental, and Life insurance - Paid time off - Advanced training program with opportunities for advancement - Day shift, with a modern - safe work environment.
