Great playhouse still in good condition. My kids have outgrown this fun play set and I no longer have a use for it. It’s a bit weathered but overall its in really good condition. It does have a swing set that comes with it (I don’t have the bolts to attach it-it’s laying on the ground next to the playhouse in the photos.) A quick paint job and it will be as good as new! You must come and disassemble and haul away. I’m located on the NW side of Tucson. $500
