Hi! I’m Alicia, and as a touring, recording and performing singer and songwriter, my journey has lead me down incredible paths. Learning to master my own voice has been one of the biggest pleasures and rewards of my life. I’ve learned what to do, and more importantly, what NOT to do as a singer. Authenticity, health and connection with ourselves and who ever is listening, are the most precious facets we can develop as singers. Having studied for 10 years with coaches and then real life experience on the road, a lesson with me includes both the theory, conceptual and then the practical. I’ve recently just signed my first record deal as well as touring agency, and collaborate with artists such as Lincoln Parish (Cage The Elephant), John Paul White (Civil Wars) and Lera Lynn for writing and recording. Giving voice lessons for me, is a way to stay moving while at home in Nashville, and reinforce the many nuanced lessons I’ve learned from the great teachers and mentors I’ve been lucky enough to encounter. Lessons are 1 hour and I teach from my music room, with keyboard as primary instrument in the session. Lessons begin at $65, but I am flexible with budgets as I understand the artist’s journey. Currently in Nashville for sessions but Facetime/Zoom available.
