Join our growing team! Looking for both experienced interior remodelers as well as those new to the trade. Pay based on experience. Apply here: About us We are a scaling remodeling company that works primarily on apartments in Racine and Kenosha. In addition, we provide maintenance services to these buildings. Work alongside an experienced owner with a willingness to listen and teach. About you You are, first and foremost, reliable, humble and ambitious. You want to work as a full-time, payrolled employee. You are able to work Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work. You have your own hand tool. If you are new to the trades, a desire to learn is a must. We are looking for all skillsets and will tailor the role, in part, to your skills. Love to tile or install LVP? We can work with that! Hate to paint? We can work with that too. Not every day will be fun (it is work after all) but we do our best to have our team members do the work they are best at and enjoy. Compensation Your pay is based on demonstrated experience. All employees make $20 per hour for the first week while we assess your skills. Those that show quality work with little supervision will make more than those who just know the basics.
