Olde Savannah Flooring based in Lithia Springs, GA is a well-established company specializing in the production and finishing of custom hardwood flooring. Olde Savannah Flooring is now expanding and hiring for multiple positions. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and want to learn and grow with the company. Experience in carpentry or hardwood manufacturing is a plus, but not necessary. You will be trained by skilled artisans and become proficient in your craft. Requirements and Skills • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, and reach overhead for 9+ hours • Commitment to safety rules and regulations • Ability to continuously lift up to 40 pounds • Good hand-eye coordination • Ability to perform basic math functions • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in an environment that may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment • Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not a necessity • Must be able to speak English.
