Come spend an amazing summer at a sleepaway summer camp in the beautiful Vermont mountains. Windridge is well known for it's exceptional riding program and we are looking for some fabulous people to help out in our barn. Main responsibilities are to maintain the stable and paddocks at camp. This would include making sure bridles and saddles are put on the racks properly, bringing horses in and out as needed, feed and water under barn manager’s supervision, setting up arenas for lessons the following day (e.g. jumps, trotting poles, cones, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, load and unload hay, and clean stalls, the barn and paddocks. This is a summer position which includes housing and food for the contracted dates which run until August 25.
