Description
We have double (60" x 80") steel entry doors on our house. We tried to paint them recently but couldn't get the old paint off. So we had them sand-blasted. They were paint-free and looked good until we repainted them and saw they numerous dents the sand-blasting left. I've ordered new 30" x 80" slabs that should be in by next week. I need them each cut down to 29.5" x 79.5", hung and bored for hardware. They're steel, like the originals, with a wood frame inside. My understanding is that the wood frame can be removed so the doors can be cut down.
Let me know if you have any questions about that gig. I'm assuming you'd do it on site. It would require a table saw, router and circle saw/drill.
