Need apartment handyman. Basic understanding of drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint, doors, landscaping etc etc. We operate low income rental apartments and manufactured homes. We do quick turns on these apartments to prepare them for re-rent. Right now we are doing some floating drywall. Can you float drywall do you do Tile or laminate flooring? Must be able to be productive working unsupervised. Need to have transportation not the bus. Need to have some basic tools, we have most. 1099 we won't take taxes from you but you need an SSI number or TIN and picture ID. Need to start immediately. 1st day paid immediately. Pay starts at 15 and hour if your good we can bump you up from that number quickly. Review for a pay raise after 2 weeks.
