Looking for a trumpet player to round out our great existing horn section. We're an established, gigging 7 piece that covers Soul, Funk, and a fair bit of New Orleans, with material ranging from Tedeschi Trucks, to Soullive, to TOP, The Meters, Jon Cleary etc., not stuck in any one era, playing clubs, festivals, and private events. Current lineup is female vocals, guitar/vocals, keys, bass/vocals, drums/vocals, tenor and trombone. Charts available for most material, but room for creativity and solos. Rhythm section typically rehearses once a week, we shoot for horns every other week. Rehearsals are in a very nice home studio in Erie with full PA etc. Prefer players looking to become a part of band.
