Description
So I've been evolving constantly...moving forward all my life in music. My experience in genres is vast and some might even say accomplished. I've started to play guitar banjo mandolin bass and keyboard and adding lead and backing vocals now...I will find my voice. I have a functional studio and I am recording all the time... My own compositions go many directions...and have rhythm and hooks...I know I have this in my soul. I've done decades of nothing but original music and have been on so any stages and had successful releases. I would imagine Jay Bellerose is who I would want to best emulate at this point in my career as a drummer...and that's a very high bar. Jay Bellerose...I am semi as broad a listener and player in a way. https://www.allmusic.com/artist/jay-bellerose-mn0000775870/credits?1655211793348 I'm not attracted to playing full on...like it's about how everyone on the stage must turn up to compete...in fact I have become a much better listener and I want to hear the small things...mic'd well. I'm not opposed to laying into it when the song calls for it but I also understand that there is no need to stay at that volume nor would I want to...I want headroom left in the end. Ideally I'm looking for something relevant that would be worthy of World Cafe. It could be a combination of my stuff and someone else's or just mine or just yours. What I'm looking for is strong song writing that leaves people wanting more on a musical and cultural level. I am am not opposed to cutting just drums for you...or anything else though I really want to hit the stage again and play with others and get that energy. There were times in my life when i was doing 150 shows a year...I am select these days and don't live in a van. If that makes sense to you and resonates...you might want to reach out to me. Collaboration with a few other people would be best and I'm looking for original music...at least with this ad. If you have only one genre of chops..it most likely won't work. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Some of me...sure there is lots more and this doesn't show the genre depth... latest studio work with a friend https://barneskdrum.wixsite.com/theryhthmatists1 Testing a few kits and CYMBALS out at guitar center a month ago...I would need $1500 for the 6 or 8 cymbals I fell for..there must be a way. https://youtu.be/EV5Qi7EzM_A percussion https://youtu.be/ynUgWzPmNmo some mandolin https://youtu.be/QIDkpsw5kjM covid composition guitar https://youtu.be/PATxijDxUHE drumming to jesse cook https://youtu.be/ULcnlmQ6890
