Paint entire unit I also need floors sanded down and refinished. They aren't in bad shape they just need to be redone. I have one spot that has more wear than the others. I would estimate that it would be around 600 sq feet. There are many shrubs and low hanging trees that need to be cleaned up. General yard clean up. The house needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It is dirty, windows/screens/door walls/kitchen (cabinets/appliances), bathroom, shower is gross. Handyman work- doors need new hard hardware, door and window seals, caulking in bath, toilet seat tightened, registers painted/replaced...other stuff. Lots of other stuff. Cleaning, repairing, glazing...outside work. I also need floors sanded down and refinished. They aren't in bad shape they just need to be redone. If you want to do some and not all-let me know. Like a crew. Bid each job. I want it done by end of June. If you can't work til then, not a fit. I'm not looking for the cheapest bid, but certainly a good one and someone who can work ASAP You can work independently in the unit anytime essentially. If you aren't reliable or can't complete a job as promised, not a good fit. You will be able to walk through the unit and give me a bid ASAP and timeline.
