Bushhog mowing needed

I have a vacant lot which I will be building a spec home on but currently I just need it mowed; the grass has grown too high for a standard mower so I need someone with a bushhog. I would like to mow it fairly short so it will stay manageable during the next month or so. Give me a fixed price for the job please. You will see on the pictures that we had moved some dirt onto the site in order for us to get ready to build. As shown on the pictures the site (.67 acre) is fairly flat and is in an existing subdivision.
