There are no bells, whistles, or equipment, just a fundamentally good bodyweight workout that energizes you for the day. Do as many or as few of the exercises as you want.
Typical workout breakdown
15 minutes (warm-up/wake-up : )
30 minutes (strength/cardio)
15 minutes (cool-down)
The instructor:
My name is Chris, and I have been an on and off personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 13 years. Although I have a full-time remote job, I keep returning to personal training because I genuinely enjoy working out and helping others work out!
I am not a drill instructor or a get-in-your-face trainer. I meet people at their fitness level and gradually encourage them to push their comfort zone. That said, I understand sometimes we also have those days where we are more than happy to stay right in our comfort zone : )
