Two small dogs need rehomed

I have two very nice 1 and 2 year old mixed breed small dogs. Super cute and friendly and cuddly pups. One is very shy and needs patience, one is not shy at all and also needs patience. As much as I wish I could I'm unable to keep them because of my health problems. They need to go together to a safe place.
