Need equipment and vehicle. Need experience in estimating and maintaining new jobs. Independent Gardener to build your own route in all of Orange County. I did a route for 50 years. Got sciatic nerve pain and had to sell my route. The gardener who bought the route told me he would pay me for any new jobs I could get him. So I continued to advertise and he paid me 15% for each job he got after he was paid. I have expanded to all of Southern California with 15 gardeners. Right now I had to terminate the one in Orange County for lack of payment. When I get a call from a potential customer, you must answer my text and call customer on your cell phone within an hour from 8:00AM to 10:00PM 7 days a week. Then immediately call and/or text the customer and set up a free estimate.
