1). A criminal background with felonies and gross misdemeanors.
2). Drug or alcohol abuser.
3). Scared and controlled by your wife.
4). Not capable of driving or don't have a current drivers license.
5). Does not have 4 years or more construction background.
6). Not able to speak english.
7). Has a problem working 40 hours a week.
8). Not willing to work on weekends as needed.
9). Has a anger problem.
10). Never used hand tools.
11) Scared of crawl spaces and heights.
12). Does not like to be told how to do things.
