Lost white female American Smoyed. Lost on Maine Ave. near 28th St. on Monday night at 10:30. She was wearing a black harness, however had no ID tag on the harness at the time, although she is ID chipped. She is approximately 10 years old and has arthritis and hip dysplasia.
