Reiki Level 1 and 2 Training ALL IN ONE CLASS “Learning Reiki is a good starting point for experiencing and working with healing energy and a wonderful method for deepening awareness of universal energy”. Reiki is a way to enhance and reawaken one’s natural ability to heal. Reiki 1 is an introductory class that provides the foundation for practicing Reiki, as well as its history, effects and benefits. You will study the energy centers of the body and are taught basic hand positions to utilize self-treatment and provide Reiki support to your family, friends, and pets. Reiki Level Two will expand on what you learned in Level One and also introduces you to the three main Reiki symbols. The symbols are used for activating and empowering, mental and emotional healing and distance healing sessions.
