Minimum 2 years’ experience in call center required. Strong PC proficiency (i.e., working with multiple computer systems) required. Associate’s Degree in social or behavioral sciences or related field preferred; High School Diploma required. Experience with health insurance/Medicaid preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements. Bilingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus. Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
