*STUDIO ONLY* $420 Hi! I’m looking to find someone to rent my studio space to. My apartment has two entrances- one to a studio space and one to the living space. I’ve been using it for a while, then I’ve been renting it, than using it again. I don’t need it anymore and I’m looking for an artist to make it their own. The space is two rooms (310 square feet), well lit with two windows and lots of storage space. Its quiet and very private as you will have your own entrance. It is ideal for painters, clothes designers, writers, editors and for anyone who needs their space and quiet to create. I’m looking for someone who will need the space for at least 6 months. It wouldn’t be a good fit for someone who works with toxic materials, produces much noise and/or lots of dust (like working with a sawmill wouldn’t be great). Otherwise please let me know if you have any questions- I’ll be happy to send be you videos and to show you the place. Cats and dogs are welcome to come with you.
