**Please RSVP for this event on our website here!** The Summer Solstice is the day with the longest period of sunlight in the northern hemisphere, occurring when Earth arrives at the point in its orbit where the North Pole is at its maximum tilt toward the Sun. On this day in June, we celebrate the sunlight’s return as it hits us at the most direct angle of the year. At Pause + Purpose, we see this as an opportunity to also celebrate our true nature and let the sunlight into all the cracks and shadows we may have been harboring. In doing so, we can welcome a feeling of safety and set our intentions for a summer filled with joy, freedom, and truth. Please join us for an hour of meditation, community discussion, and mindful activities to kick-off June with powerful purpose.
