2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins is hosting a COVID-19 testing event, in partnership with Near North Health Service Corporation. 2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins is holding a COVID-19 testing event in partnership with Near North Health Service Corporation. The event will be held in the gymnasium at St. Josaphat School, 2245 N. Southport Ave., on Saturday, January 9th, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To participate in the event, you MUST pre-register ahead of time through Eventbrite for an individual testing time slot. Your reservation will be checked upon arrival. No walk-ups will be accepted. Testing excludes children under the age of 5 years old. Once your reservation is made, you will be emailed a confirmation containing a pre-registration form. Please have the form completed ahead of your reservation time to expedite the process. We ask you to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your reserved testing time slot to adhere to social distancing regulations.
