Maintenance Technician needed for 163 residential apartment community in Plymouth, MA. Responsibilities include: Cleaning, painting, apartment turnovers, snow removal, and addressing resident service requests including: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. The ability to troubleshoot and be creative to solve problems in older buildings is required. Also must be able to accommodate taking rotating weekly emergency on call schedule and may include nights, weekends, and some holidays as necessary to meet the needs of our facility.
Must have own tools and reliable vehicle. Excellent customer service skills required as well as ability to meet deadlines and goals. Background check and drug test required. Send resume for consideration.
