Latin Grooves hosts classes and events to serve our local Salsa and Bachata dancers. We run a Salsa/Bachata night in downtown Colorado Springs that packs out the venue with hundreds of people who come out to dance! Our community has said that they love the events and the atmosphere it creates, and that they just wish there was more space and smoother floors. At Ivywild we'll have twice the floor space dedicated to dancing on beautiful hardwood floors! The gym at Ivywild is an open space that will be reserved for dancing and music. There's also a number of different restaurants and bars with food, drinks and plenty of places to sit and relax when taking a break from dancing. And if you'd like to cool off outside, you can take a seat on the spacious patio. Friday, August 19th 2022 All Levels Class, included with cover: 7:30pm - 8:30pm - The first 45 minutes of the class will be focused on helping newer dancers get started and learn a few new moves. The last 15 minutes of the class will go over intermediate/advanced moves for our experienced dancers. Social Dancing 8:30pm - Midnight In the gym at Ivywild: 1604 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80905 Tickets on sale for: $15 if purchased on or before July 17th$20 if purchased on or before August 18th$25 if purchased the day of event or at the doorTickets are limited. Please be aware you cannot take drinks away from the bar area where you purchase them because each bar has their own liquor license. There will be a cash bar serving adult beverages in the gym. Persons under 18 are allowed in the class and social dance and require their own ticket purchase. No supervision will be provided. Person's under 21 are NOT allowed to sit at any bar serving alcohol. All sales are final and non-refundable.
